Albert Einstein University has forged an educational model called "Peace Education from the Human Development perspective". It is committed to training people to graduate with high professional qualifications and, at the same time, firm moral convictions, able to contribute to the consolidation of a global society marked by respect for diversity, peace, and fraternal coexistence.

For UAE a peace culture is achieved through universal values, in particular international understanding. Our educational model is primarily one of values-related education as we believe that the integral development of the human being is the basis for a peace culture.

VALUES EDUCATION

From an ethical stance, our educational model favors the values ​​of

INTEGRITY, TOLERANCE, RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY, PROACTIVITY, HONESTY, EMPATHIC UNDERSTANDING, LOVE, SERVICE and COOPERATION as drivers of human development and peace.

We encourage their cultivation at individual, social and environmental level with a view to shaping a fully coherent person as a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual unity.

HUMAN DEVELOPMENT

We understand Human Development as the process of renewing human potential, which includes progressive individuation, occurring from childhood to adulthood, and the expansion of consciousness, conducive to reintegration with the Self.

The process of renewing human potential is a natural tendency present in every individual, which enables us to blossom. It unfolds and takes effect in all areas of human development: physical, mental and spiritual, as well as in our relationship with the natural and sociocultural environment.

Like all natural processes, human development progresses neatly from simple to complex, from basic to more elaborate structures, and from levels of emerging consciousness to states where the perception of reality is wide and deep.
